This single-story home sits a few blocks from the center of Ocean Park, a small seaside town towards the north end of the Long Beach Peninsula. You'll be three-quarters of a mile from a public beach access point and just over a mile from Pacific Pines State Park, a 10-acre expanse of dune grasses and shore pines that's perfect for fishing, birding, shellfish harvesting, and walking on the beach at sunset. Stroll home from a glorious day at the beach to be greeted by ample space to relax outside - in the expansive yard, in cushioned seats on the back patio, or around the table on the deck. Bring out a good book, a board game, or a deck of cards and wait for the setting sun to illuminate the evening sky. The interior is decorated in a comfortable, contemporary style, beginning with a light-filled living room where you can curl up on the couch and stream movies on the smart TV. Also if you have allergies to strong fragrances be aware the cleaning solution they use is way over powering. The address on the mailbox in front of the house is not the address for the house so make sure you look for the numbers on the house and the outside paint color is not the same as the photos it is now dark blue.
