This charming second-row home features four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests. Two bedrooms feature king beds, while the third offers a cozy queen bed. The fourth bedroom is ideal for kids or extra guests, with a pyramid bunk (double on the bottom, single on top) and an additional twin bed. The open-concept living and dining area creates the perfect setting for meals and memories, with a dining table for six and a kitchen bar that seats four more. Designed with comfort in mind, the home includes modern amenities such as central heat and air, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a blender, a Keurig and regular coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, and Wi-Fi. Step outside to unwind on the expansive open deck with built-in benches, or escape the sun on the covered porch with a refreshing sea breeze. An enclosed outdoor shower adds convenience after a day on the sand. Location is everything, and this home is just 50 feet from the Winnabow Street beach access, making it effortless to spend your days soaking up the sun. Keyless entry ensures a hassle-free check-in, and for added convenience, there’s an outdoor golf cart charging outlet next to the storage room. \*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival.
