The property is new and in great shape. It is incredibly well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Fenced in yard was ideal for the dog. Layout was excellent for 5 adults (2 couples and a single). House is at the end of a quiet street, near a cul de sac. Location is near most everything around Sunset Beach and only a quick 5 min drive to the Food Lion. There must be at least a dozen golf courses within 15 minutes. Quick drive to the beach. Sarah, the owner was very responsive and an excellent host. We will stay here again! ##### John S.
