No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time. \- Parking: You can parallel park in front of the sidewalk if needed, but the town of Ocean Isle Beach is very strict about blocking sidewalks. Please ensure your vehicle is not touching the sidewalk to avoid ticketing. \- Cleaning products: In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything in the house during your stay. Beautiful views of the marsh and intracoastal waterway from the back decks. The pool area was great with a grassy area where the grandsons could throw the football and play tag. The location was ideal and on the quieter end of the island with just a short walk to the beach. The homeowners were very easy to communicate with our questions and I would rent this lovely home again. ##### Jessie O.
