Inside, you'll find two cozy Queen bedrooms on the lower level, each with its own private en suite bathroom. Upstairs, there is a King bedroom that shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with the second bedroom upstairs that features two Twin beds. The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, offering a King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a garden tub, and its own private porch overlooking the canal. This home is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring an ELEVATOR for easy access between floors. After a day of fun, rinse off in the enclosed hot and cold water outdoor shower, then relax on the stylish outdoor furniture, perfect for lounging. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, from a dishwasher and high-efficiency washer and dryer to a microwave, blender, and both Keurig and regular coffee makers. With central heat and air, secured Wi-Fi, and cable service, you'll feel right at home. You can even stream your favorite shows on any of the four Smart TVs (just bring your own account details). You will also find a golf cart house located conveniently underneath the home so you can cruise around the island with your rental. Meals are a breeze with a spacious dining table that seats six, plus additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. The canal-side porches provide the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while soaking in the peaceful views. For even more convenience, there is a golf cart outlet under the house, making it easy to get around. \*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay.
