We are excited to offer this gorgeous canal front home with its own dock! As Seen on HGTV!!! The best beach home on a deep water canal that has been professionally updated, is very spacious. This home features a very large and open floor plan...you will love the Carolina room which spans then entire width of the home overlooking the water and ICW. The home is white and bright with boho wood accents, a kitchen showcasing marble, waterfall countertops and Cafe appliances...an entertainers dream!! Your favorite spot in the home will likely be the custom built double day bed in the Carolina room that has all glass looking out to the canal and waterway!! There is also a super cute built in bench area for overflow dining and/or gaming table in this room which makes it very functional and versatile for families. The 2 main bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. The canal is great for fishing, kayaking, swimming and paddle boarding. Bring all your toys or rent a boat for a week and tie it up at the dock! You can enjoy coffee in the mornings in the Carolina room listening to the ocean, feeling the breeze & watching the fish jump in the canal. You can even see the boat landing from the house. The beach is a short 10 min walk or golf cart ride down the street with easy beach access. Best of both worlds, easy relaxation on the canal and easy access to beach. Also a short walk away from a coffee shop, restaurants, marina, mini golf, ice cream parlor, new kids park, fishing pier, concert venue and museum. The place was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the dock for fishing and boating. The teens loved the freedom to walk to restaurants and the beach on their own. They got Açaí bowls on the regular. My 9-yr-old rode her bike to the park and there’s so much to do. The walk to the beach is slightly long but doable. (We did it a lot.) The master bed is incredibly comfy and the outdoor shower is wonderful. Highly recommend. ##### Erin v. The house is very comfortable and actually came with many of the items we forgot to bring with us. Beautiful dock and porches too! The owners were also very helpful and kind to us!
