On the first level, the luxurious master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bath with dual vanities and a custom shower, providing a spa-like experience. Another bedroom on this floor, furnished with two queen beds, offers plenty of space for family or friends. A convenient hall bathroom with a tub and shower completes the first level. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed, sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double vanity, offering both comfort and privacy. The loft area is a perfect retreat, furnished with two recliners and a 70" Smart TV for your entertainment. Step outside and unwind in your own private oasis. Take a dip in the private pool, or soak up the sun on the spacious deck while watching the boats cruise by. The fixed and floating docks are ideal for crabbing, fishing, or simply enjoying the peaceful canal views.
