Short walk to the beach and Ocean Isle Beach Pier! Nestled in the coastal community of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina, is this newly updated and upgraded 5 bedroom 5 ½ bath modern coastal farmhouse vacation home. Don't overpack because this home has it all! It sleeps 16, and offers a private heated pool, beach chairs and toys, cooler, kayaks, surfboards, skimboard, bikes, ping pong table, games, and a pack-n-play for babies. There's even a pull out sofa should you need it! (Please note sheets will NOT be provided for the pull out sofa) A brand new 6 seater golf cart is also available for an additional rental fee. Enjoy an open, light filled living space with white shiplap. The interior offers a soothing coastal palette, featuring hues of warm tones, sandy neutrals, and crisp whites, evoking a sense of serenity and relaxation. The Living Room- The living area offers plush, contemporary furnishings arranged around a cozy fireplace. (Please note the fireplace is just for decoration) Kitchen - The kitchen has gleaming quartz countertops, providing a perfect space for cooking and gatherings with loved ones. It is well stocked to serve the entire family and includes a Keurig DUO coffee maker. First Floor - The first floor offers a half bath, washer/dryer, and 2 bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with cozy bedding and serene decor. First Floor Bedrooms - The first bedroom has 2 full size beds with a newly renovated bathroom, equipped with a walk in shower. The second bedroom with a private bath offers 2 queen beds with crisp white linen bedspreads and fresh earthy decor. Second Floor Bedrooms - You'll find 3 freshly painted and updated bedrooms and bathrooms with cozy finishes. The upstairs offers two master suites with access to the second level deck. One master hosts a king bed, while the other offers 2 comfy queen beds with a large walk-in closet. The third bedroom/bonus is equipped with 2 XL twin beds and a sitting area with a pull out sleeper sofa (that sleeps 2 people, in addition to the 16, please note we will NOT provide sheets for the sleeper sofa). This area is perfect for watching movies or playing games. TVs - Every room is equipped with a smart TV, including an outdoor TV for entertaining around the pool! Golf Cart - Brand new Evolution D5 six-seater golf cart with touch screen and bluetooth speaker available for rent during your stay. $550 per week or $75/day in off season (minimum 3 day rental). Book directly with the owner at least one week prior to check-in. Beach Access - is a short walk or golf cart ride around the corner and you'll have your toes in the sand in no time. This home is equipped with everything to enjoy unforgettable memories with family and friends! Ocean Isle Beach - Named “Best Tiny Town” by Southern Living, is one of the NC barrier islands. The beach stretches seven miles in an unusual east-west direction, making sunrises and sunsets stunningly dramatic. Its white sandy beaches, family friendly atmosphere, Amphitheater and local events makes Ocean Isle one of North Carolina's most visited beach destinations. The pool is open year round, however between April 1 - Oct 31 the heater will be on and typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pool pump is running and typically the pump does not run at night due to time schedule. \*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31\*. If you want us to attempt to heat the pool during this time we can for a cost of $75 per day for your entire stay, but once again, we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool. PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING: If your check in date is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. If your check in date is before Memorial Day or after Labor Day, linens and towels are NOT included in the cleaning fee. We do offer them for an additional fee, or you can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. \*\*(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens). We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property. If you cancel at least 60 days prior to your check in date, you will be refunded in full minus a non-refundable fee of 5% of the total reservation (cancellation fee). Cancellations within 60 days prior to check in will not be refunded. Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking. While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don't follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying. Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety. You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home. Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken). NO charcoal grills, fire pits, or deep fryers are permitted on premise. Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind. Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin. Every room has its own bathroom plus a powder room on the first floor. Super clean throughout and a fantastic pool with a pool basketball goal and ping pong table in the pool area. Location, while not beach front, was close enough that it was about a 5-7 minute walk to public beach access. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and amenities. We recommend renting the golf cart, it’s a golf cart community. Public beach access has golf cart only parking. The only issue we had was the door locks did not work and required someone to come let us in on check in night. However, owners were responsive via text. Don’t usually post reviews but this house came as advertised. Clean, updated, great amenities and the hosts were incredibly responsive. Would definitely stay here again. ##### James S. We loved the house so much that we confirmed another week during July 4th! For us, being "new-er" and clean with comfortable beds is important and this home delivered. The pool was wonderful and warm and the short walk to the beach was perfect. Having an outdoor TV would have been great during the final four but it wasn't too easy to figure out but "Chad" was on it immediately and I'm sure it's good to go now! Overall, the weather was great and we all had a great time! ##### Therese R.
