This spacious retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury, making it an ideal getaway for families or groups of friends looking to unwind by the coast. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, beachED OIB comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The master suite features a plush King bed, while the additional bedrooms are furnished with multiple Queen beds, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest after a day of fun in the sun. The open-concept living area is bright and airy, perfect for gathering together, and is equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment needs. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Enjoy meals in the dining area or take them outside to savor the fresh ocean air. For those who love to cook, the kitchen also includes a stove, toaster, blender, and baking essentials. Step outside to discover the community amenities at the private members only beach club, including a refreshing ocean front pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and tennis courts, perfect for staying active during your stay. This club is located about two blocks north of this condo on the ocean side of the island. The communal elevator makes accessing your top-floor unit a breeze, ensuring convenience for all guests. Please note that stairs are required to access the beach but not the pool, spa, tiki bar area. Located just a short distance from the beach, beachED OIB is the perfect base for exploring the local area. Book your stay today and create unforgettable memories! There is one pass for overflow parking, if pass it lost guest will incur a $100 fee for replacement. We cannot guarantee the communal elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. The HOA manages and maintains the elevator, not Brunswick Vacation Rentals. We do not give refunds if the elevator is broken or unusable during your stay. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk. Pool is maintained by the HOA and not Brunswick Vacation Rentals. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason. EV Charging is not permitted at the Islander Villas. Golf cart charging is permitted, no drop cords. PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING: If your check in date is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. If your check in date is before Memorial Day or after Labor Day, linens and towels are NOT included in the cleaning fee. We do offer them for an additional fee, or you can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. \*\*(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens). We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property. If you cancel at least 60 days prior to your check in date, you will be refunded in full minus a non-refundable fee of 5% of the total reservation (cancellation fee). Cancellations within 60 days prior to check in will not be refunded. Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking. While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don't follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying. Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety. You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home. Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken). NO charcoal grills, fire pits, or deep fryers are permitted on premise. Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind. Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin. There was plenty of space for our group of 6.I've stayed at many beach properties and can honestly say, this one was very well-stocked and one of the cleanest, well-maintained properties I've ever booked. Communication was excellent by the management company and a few minor issues were quickly addressed. The walk to the beach isn't too bad and there is a beach cart available for use, but there are steps to navigate. Be aware that only single pole wind shadesor umbrellas are allowed. Property has great marsh and a partial ocean view and we loved watching the turtles and a little gator from the balcony. Elevator was much needed due to 3rd floor location and arrival/departure would be difficult if it weren't available for use. Keeping these things in mind, don't hestiate to book! :-) ##### Heidi G. The place was nice and has a nice view (but the view is not the ocean). But the walk to the ocean is not all that far.We were worried that the elevator might break and two of our group have mobility issues with stairs. But the elevator was fine. We did have a couple of toilets that kept running, and they quickly got someone to fix them. He had to go to Shallote for parts, but shut off the flow until he got back.
