Ocean Grove is a beautiful old Jersey Shore town - very old-fashioned, Victorian architecture, and from our standpoint perfect -- and the house reflects that exactly. It is not cookie-cutter in any way. It's very clean and comfortable, but not super modern - which we thought was just fine and fit the vibe. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. And it's directly across a little lake from Asbury Park, which was perfect for restaurants/shopping, but did get a little loud on weekend nights in the summer. We didn't care, and you could avoid the noise by having the A/C on and/or not sleeping on that side of the house. Overall a wonderful stay and we'd go back any time! ##### felicia h.
