Have fun with the whole family or your friends in our beautiful brand-new Stylish yet functional Coastal home nestled among the gum trees. A short walk to the main strip of amazing restaurants and shops, and a 3 minute drive to Ocean Grove main beach for surfing, sun baking, long walks or summer cricket. There's a beautiful north facing garden with deck ready for afternoon barbecues after your hot outdoor shower on the way in. The perfect set up for your relaxing holiday.

Welcome to our brand-new townhouse, where coastal charm meets modern comfort. This 3-bedroom home is the perfect mix of laid-back beach vibes and stylish design, making it an ideal spot for your next getaway. With its sun-filled spaces, private outdoor areas, and thoughtful details, this home is all about making you feel relaxed and right at home.

Two upstairs bedrooms, one queen which we call The Pink Palm room and 3rd a family room with a Single bunk and a single with trundle. Also a family bathroom with a freestanding bath plus a large frameless shower for ultimate relaxation. Separate toilet and basin as well.  
A second lounge upstairs with a very comfortable lounge and large TV and a lovely deck for afternoon tea or drinks overlooking the gum trees.   
Plenty of room to spread out with generous storage and an internal access garage  
Comfort all year round with reverse cycle air-conditioning, a gas log fire, and ceiling fans  
A secure, leafy backyard with a travertine outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach

#### Clean and tidy

The property was just as described, very clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Kitchen was very well stocked. We had some wifi issues but was resolves as soon as possible and the host was very responsive. Overall we loved our stay it was a very quiet street and comfortable stay!
