Each bedroom has their own bathroom, large couch and outdoor space. My family loves the bay side to crab/fish. The only downside to this location is that there is ALOT of boat traffic, especially on the weekend. The current is fast moving and not great for either activity. We still had a fantastic time. We loved that all the bedrooms had its own full bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked. A blender would be a good addition. The garage was a bonus room to store our stuff. Another fridge in the garage would be a great addition to keep beverages cold since the fridge in the kitchen did not have an ice maker. The furniture was comfy, the sound system was a nice touch, and having a washer and dryer was great. The canal was quiet, and watching the boats and wave runners passing by was fun. We brought tubes and a kayak, but the currents were too strong to use them. The kids enjoyed fishing and crabbing off the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and had a blast in the big Assawoman Bay. The beach was a short distance away and parking was easy. There were a lot of options for food and drinks right down the street within walking distance.
