Top floor ocean facing unit, located in a quiet neighborhood and half a block from the iconic OC beach. Ocean and Beach views from living room, loft space, and balcony. Great spot with restaurants and bars within walking distance, 7-Eleven, mini golf, arcade, Northside Park, etc. nearby. We take pride in making our guests ‘feel at home’ throughout their stay and strive to keep them coming back. We listened to the feedbacks from past seasons and made improvements for 2024 season. •Replaced and installed brand new ductless mini-split air conditioning and heating system for 2023 season. Cleanliness has always been top of our mind. But it’s even more critical during these times. We have enhanced our cleaning and disinfecting routine and made a few changes for the new normal. \-Well stocked essential amenities like hand soap, paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper \-Disinfectants and cleaning supplies on site \-BYO linen and towel \*With our enhanced cleaning routine, we have decided to remove all comforters, bed sheets, and towels from our units. Our units have the mattress, box springs, and pillow(s) protector only. Guest Access: Watch kids walk straight to the beach. Everything is included to the beach furniture, umbrella, beach toys, outdoor shower, Washer/Dryer in Unit, 3 flat screen TVs and internet WiFi. Self-Check in: Check yourself in with Keypad. Sleep 6 Comfortably - Maxium Occupancy of 6 - In 3 Queen size beds and a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa. There’s no better place to sip your morning coffee or a happy hour cocktail than on the large top floor balcony with beautiful Ocean View and tranquil view of Wight Street. If you are lucky, you can even see pod of dolphins swimming by from the unit. Location: Great family spot near Delaware shopping but in Maryland. Walk to everything, steps from the beach, and safe atmosphere. Getting Around: Location! Location! Location! Most thing you want to do is a short walk away. Can take OC’s famous $3 Ride-All-Day bus pass to downtown Ocean City boardwalk area if you do not want to drive. Track your bus real time with the TransLoc Rider App (Select Ocean City transportation). On-Site Private Parking. Two assigned parking spaces. Street parking is available on Wight St, 139th, and 140th St. Great place, nothing but smiles. Bring your linens and towels, take your worries away and start your relaxing beach getaway. You will need to supply your own bath/beach towels, sheets for 3 Queen size beds and a Queen size sleeper sofa, pillow cases, and blankets. If you prefer to rent, we can provide contact information for the rental companies in OC. House Rules: No pets. No smoking. No parties or events. No grilling or fires of any kind on the balcony. This place is meant for adults or families, not meant for teens or college groups. Please respect our neighbors and the OC Noise Law of no excessive noise inside or out after 11pm. Guest must not disturb other residents of the condo complex or surrounding neighborhood. Loud and boisterous activity will not be tolerated and will result in eviction without refund. Guest must be 25 or older or accompanied by a parent who is 25 or older. \*Children should not roam free on the parking lot, condo stairs, climb on furniture or railings, hang out of windows, or engaged in other unsupervised activities. All Federal, State, and Local laws must be obeyed at all time. If police are dispatched to the property, there will be immediate removal of all guests from the condo and termination of the rental agreement. No refunds will be given and the damage deposit will be forfeited. Sand Management is Critical! When you return from the beach please “rinse your toes with the hose”. Rinse off at the outdoor shower before you come inside. Please remove your shoes at the door. Report any damage/stains as soon as it occurs so we can make proper repairs. Please do not try to “hide” damage. We understand that accidents happen and appreciate the opportunity to fix things for the next guest. Renters is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy (We are not talking about a broken wine glass or plate here). All trash must be removed from the unit when departing. This includes used items in the fridge. Please don’t leave trash bag by the front door of the unit. There is a large condo trash can by the parking spaces. Please do dishes and put things back where you found them (dishes put away, suitcase rack back in the closet, furniture in the original spot, etc.). \*Not following the house rules is a forfeiture of damage deposit\* Most importantly, have FUN and enjoyed your stay. Overall we loved the space and proximity to the beach and activities. You can walk to restaurants, mini golf, ice cream, etc. We had a great vacation! I really wanted to give this five stars, but there were a couple of issues: 1) we found dirty silverware in the drawers-with food on it from a previous user- and their old laundry. It wasn't happy, although not the end of the world-we washed it-life happens. 2) one of the showers was out of order for most of the trip. The owner didn't message until our evening of departure on the 4th night. Otherwise, it is true that you have to bring your own bedding- but that wasn't that big of a deal. My teen loved having the loft to stay in! If the shower had worked, and the dishes weren't a mess-this would have been 5 stars! ##### Elisabeth V. The condo is located at a quieter part of OCMD where the beaches aren’t as crowded—perfect for our 2 year old to run wild. We had some minor issues during our stay; a damp, dirty towel from the previous tenants was still hanging up in one of the bathrooms when we arrived, the sliding shower door on the upstairs bathroom did not open or close—which wasn’t a huge deal for us as we used the other bathroom downstairs—and the noise the sliding glass door to the deck made were some of the issues we encountered. Nothing major, but issues that could use some attention from the host.Our week started a little rocky due to some issues with the AC units. The first day, the unit in the downstairs bedroom wasn’t working. This was due to the battery powered thermostat being dead, leaving the room to be set at 75\. We got batteries and replaced them. The other units made a horrendous noise every few minutes. The noise was so loud, my wife and I slept in small spurts as it kept waking us up. We brought the issue up the first night with the host who said they’d call a HVAC tech in the morning. Two days passed and we were still having these issues and no tech had been out. When approached again about this, we didn’t hear back for almost 48 hrs. At this point, we had one more night in our trip. While I’d hope nothing was meant by it, previous reviews stating similar noise complaints with the AC has us feeling like they were putting us off to avoid a service fee. ##### Mitchell B. This was a perfect location for my family of 4 which included a 3 and 6 year old. They loved staying in the loft and having their own space and us parents loved it too! Just a few small suggestions would be to have a screen door for the slider door so the sounds of the ocean could be enjoyed without leaving the door wide open and maybe a new mattress in the lower level bedroom.. We chose this rental based on proximity to the beach as well as our extended family just one building away. The host was wonderful with communication before and throughout our stay. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, cleaning supplies, and even mini soaps in the bathrooms. Our kids loved having the loft to themselves and it allowed us great space to spread out. The unit also had ample beach supplies and toys for our use. The deck was our favorite spot for coffee and drinks in the evening with a view that can't be beat! Our only complaints (which were minor) were the AC unit was very loud in the bedroom (we had to turn it off to sleep) and we would have liked to have some throw pillows or throw blankets on the couches for relaxing in the evening. We understand the desire to keep accessories to a minimum on the advanced cleaning protocol (I'm guess still from covid?) but we did miss those comforts. Overall a great stay! ##### Sara A. The condo is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches. The kids loved the spiral staircase and the surfboard decor. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in maintaining the property, and their attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. This condo is very nicely furnished/decorated and was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Our kids, ages 9 and 11, loved the upstairs bedroom/loft area. Two full bathrooms, a designated living area, separate master bedroom, full kitchen, and washer and dryer set this condo apart from your typical hotel suite. The balcony with ocean views and plenty of seating was one of the highlights for me. The location can't be beat- extremely close and easy beach access, and while it's not in the heart of Ocean City (the boardwalk is about a 15 minute drive away), it's actually really nice to be in a less-populated, quieter area, while still being close to many restaurants, shops, and a grocery store nearby. The only real downside was having to bring our own towels and bedding. From the property description, it seems like these used to be provided until covid, when everyone needed to bring their own. I think it's safe to say four years later that this is no longer necessary, and packing those takes up a ton of room and is quite a hassle. Rental companies are available for guests to use at an extra cost, but obviously it's much easier to have them already at the property. Overall it was an absolute treat to stay here and we would definitely reserve the property again if we decide to return to Ocean City MD! ##### Krista H.
