You'll love the spacious balcony overlooking the bay with a place to have your morning coffee and take in the wildlife and bay views. The View is a short walk to Fager's, Johnny's Pizza, Fractured Prune, Nick's Golf, a small market, Dunkin and the Beach! Beach storage closet holds added beach accessories for your convenience! This gorgeous 3 bedroom unit is updated and tastefully decorated. Sleep capacity: 8\. The main bedroom has a King bed, bedroom 2 a queen, and the third bedroom can sleep up to 4 children in the pyramid bunk (single over double) with an additional trundle underneath. There are 2 full baths. Enjoy cooking your favorite meals in the modern kitchen fully equipped with dishes, pots/pans and all the comforts of home. Full TV package in season, smart TV and streaming off season. Guest must supply sheets, towels, (or select the linen package), soaps and paper products. \*\*\* Note this white glove owner provides a starter package of 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, laundry and dishwasher pod and coffee filters and a bag of coffee. Property rents any 3 nights all season. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please.
