Walkable to the beach and very close to some of the stable crab restaurants in OC. Also it close to a grocery store and some activities such as go karting and jet skiing. The beds are actually very comfortable and we all slept great. The showers also are very nice as well. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because many of the electronics on the 3rd did not work and we could not find the remote for the tv either so we weren’t really able to use the 3rd floor as we intended, which was very disappointing. Overall I highly recommend this place and we would absolutely come back. And if all the electronics do get fixed than this is easily a 5 out of 5 stay. ##### Stephen R. The property is located in a great area and the community pool was in walking distance. The house itself was beautiful and had lots of room for my friends and I. We would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is we couldn’t find any extra toilet paper. There were no extra trash bags or paper towels in the kitchen so we had to buy more. On Saturday the keypad died at the front door.
