THINGS TO KNOW Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 7. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Turned off immediately and called services immediately and again 1 day later. They did call but called my home phone (was not there!) and not my cell phone that I called from. I felt abandoned and now I wonder what would happen if any other emergency might occur. Very disappointed with this and will probably not come back. Plenty other places to go. There was some noticable grout mold in master shower. Also sliding glass doors need some maintenance as they were difficult to open, close and lock. One of the handles is loose.Access to the beach was good. Also enjoyed the pool which was clean and refreshing. We had my elderly Mom with us who could not use the pool due to mobility issues with stairs. But she loved listening to and watching the ocean from the room. ##### Linda W.
