Sea Bright 206 is a luxury bayside condominium. This three-bedroom, two and a half-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking the excitement of downtown. It has an excellent location, only two blocks from the beach and Boardwalk! This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sea Bright 206 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

Colorful and stylish, this adorable condo with coastal decor in an undersea dream. Fun beach-themed paintings adorn the walls, giving the place a festive feel. The living room is furnished with a suede couch, an adorable love seat, and a television. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the kitchen with an island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has king-size bed and a television. The third bedroom has two pyramid bunk beds. Great Location for Downtown Events

Great location for downtown events and access to the boardwalk. Had everything you needed in the kitchen and nice layout for families. It could use a deep cleaning and a few more blanket options but other than that it was a great stay!

Washed Out

Our trip was washed out due to the effects of Hurricane Ian so some of my ratings are filled in because I had to fill something in. Two comments: 1- Be sure to pay attention to whether or not you need a linen package. While it does not specifically say linens are included in the listing, it also doesn't say they aren't listed...and it's an additional charge to include towels/sheets. It is in the contract document, but I missed it when I signed the contract and thankfully noticed it just before check-in. I think it would be easier to bump the rate a little bit and just include it. 2- As I mentioned initially, our plans changed due to the impact of Hurricane Ian. I was disappointed at the lack of empathy that the management company provided. I know that the contract clearly states that there are no cancellations, even for natural disasters including hurricanes, so they satisfied their legal standard. However, I believe there is a higher moral standard that could have been met. We got nothing more than stock responses of "these units are owned by individuals and we are just the management company" and "Ocean City is still open for business", along with "the weather isn't too bad here" when we had weather forecasts that were talking about potential flooding (which was our ultimate point in deciding not to come because we didn't want to get stuck and miss our flight home). I do business with people that I feel adhere to a moral standard, which is higher than a legal standard, and that are willing to find a mutually beneficial solution to a problem. Between the extra charge for linens (which is somewhat "hidden") and the lack of desire to work with us while a hurricane was affecting much of the East Coast, I felt like the management company was only interested in the bottom line. I won't be booking a property through this company again.

Not what it once was

We stayed at this property in 2018 and were satisfied then, but this year we weren’t so thrilled. Not only did it seem the cleaning company missed the master bathroom before we arrived, the unit really needs some TLC. It’s a beautiful building but this unit is starting to look pretty worn down, especially for what you pay. A deep clean, some new carpet, touch up paint etc. would go really far. Would not stay in this particular one again unless it was my last option. On the plus side, we always stay in this building because the units are very spacious and the location is great!

Great location and layout, details can be improved

Location was perfect - a short 2-block walk to the boardwalk and beach. I can hear some loud cars at night, but for the most part pretty quiet. The layout of the house is great - love the open kitchen/living room, long and spacious hallway and deck, etc. Never felt crowded with 10 people. There are a lot of small improvements that can be made - beds are so uncomfortable, mattresses on the bunks slide right off, coffee machine didn't work, etc. Some sinks have hand soap and some don't. There was no laundry detergent or dishwashing soap. Plenty of pots/pans/bowls/cups/utensils, but everything looks slightly dirty. Overall, not bad.

Great location but not clean

It is in a great location with a beautiful wrap around deck where you can see the bay and beach. Dirty though, stains on carpet, stains on master bed, carpet frayed at some points. Also, we did not get the linen package but usually places come with comforters and no sheets and no comforters were provided. If they update the carpet and clean/replace dirty items like the mattress cover in the master bedroom, this condo could be 10/10! :-)

Great location

great location. The biggest complaint is the realty office you have to deal with. There is a big lack of communication. We got the linen package and was not communicated that the linens were dropped off from another facility and there were no comforters on bed so no one had blankets. I'm guessing this is due to covid but again, there was the lack of communication.

Dirty and poor management

The property was not clean. The carpet was stained, multiple chairs broke, the sliding door did not lock, the walls were filthy, and the vents were disgusting. I was expecting a cleaner property for the price.

Great location. Overall was okay

The one sliding door lock was broke which was a problem for security reasons at night and when we weren’t there. A lamp was broke when we checked in and a ceiling van lamp was missing. Other then those 3 things the overall was great we had a great time love staying at sea bright!!!!!

Nice but dirty

I have such mixed feelings about this place. It was nice but very dirty and needs things fixed. If you walk in socks or barefoot the bottom of your feet will be black. If you're taking small children it might not the place for you. No outlet covers and wires hanging from the television in 3 different areas. The shower has no pressure at all. It just dribbles out. We had to call to have a few things fixed and they did come right away. It's advertised as having 4 DVD players. We didn't have any. They brought one when we called about it. The staff wasn't very helpful when we picked up the key. We were told 'I don't know. We've never been there.' When we asked a couple questions about how to get there and where to park. It has a great location and the elevator is a huge help! You can park your car and walk everywhere. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare your meals.

Clean, Comfortable, and Just Minutes From the Beach

The condo was just as advertised. The kitchen was modern, roomy, and fully-stocked with kitchenwares. The living room and dining room were comfortable and overlooked an enormous balcony with a good view of the street.The bedrooms were a good size and they all come attached to a bathroom. The master bath felt like another room unto itself, with a dual vanity sink, walk-in shower, and jacuzzi tub. The location is perfect if you want to be within walking distance of almost everything. That being said, the street noise can get very loud at times, so if peace and quiet is your top priority, this property is probably not for you.
