Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Decent property

Arrived in town an hour before check in time at 3pm. Asked if I could park in my designated spot to go the beach while waiting til check in time, as there was nowhere else to park. I was told I would be towed if I parked in the vacant spot before 4pm. That was a little frustrating. Property was clean. Good location. Nice view from balcony. Checkout by 10am was a little early as most is 11am.

Hope you don't like sleep

The only thing good about this rental was the location. The location was very convenient to beach rentals (umbrella/chairs), beach access and several good restaurants. Unfortunately, the keyless entry code was 10 digits long and the keypad was VERY finicky. This usually required at least 5 attempts to get to work. We received in our instructions that we were required to wash our feet and beach items prior to returning to the condo so that we did not track sand. However, footwash/hose required a key, which was not delivered to us until late PM on the the day before check out. The condo had two beds, both of which were soiled and unusable. The first bed had what appeared to be a vomit stain down the side of it and the second bed had what appeared to be a blood stain on the comforter. This was noted to Vacasa, the management company, upon check-in. We did receive a replacement comforter on the second day of our 2 night stay, but it had a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE smell. We requested that Vacasa send someone to clean the other bed, as the vomit stain was located on box spring cover and would require entire bed to be deconstructed. Vacasa was unable to do this and we were unable to use beds due to sanitary concerns. I have contacted Vacasa several times since checking in only to receive generic responses to wait for the local team to contact me, yet they have not. I was refunded 1/2 of our cleaning fee. This was inadequate given the conditions of the condo. Will never reserve with Vacasa.

We enjoyed this property. Right on the beach, lovely view. Great little beach. Was May before the summer crowds arrived. Cleaners did a good job. Just a very small amount of dust on the bedside table and the headboards had some dust

Great place for a fun weekend

Everything was great. The condo was very clean and had basic amenities. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Loved that we had parking and easy access to Beach shuttle stops. Only issue was the temperature. The air could not be set lower than 70.

Great getaway

The condo was absolutely amazing! Beautifully decorated with very nice furniture inside and on the balcony. Very clean as well. Reserved parking spot. Very nice essentials package when I checked in. The only suggestion I can give would be, that it is time to replace the mattresses. Everything else was perfect!!!

Place was filthy there was food on the floor from the last guests, Coffee maker was leaking had to buy another one. Beds need to be replaced (I bought the coffee pot! Let the next guests by the mattresses)

Great Ocean Front Getaway

Great ocean front one bedroom condo. Nicely decorated and had all the amenities needed to cook. Wonderful sunrises. My only complaint, the ac units have to be cleaned. They seemed to be clogged and run continuously without cooling as well as they could have. Made the place have a lot of humidity. The tub drain needed to be replaced too. Other then that, wonderful place to stay, great location and beautiful view of the beach. Easy check in and check out and even got a late check out with ease too!

Great location and building, cleaning/amenities could be improved...

First off, love the location of this property. The top floor of the building, view/proximity to the ocean and parking situation were perfect. We had no issues getting into the condo, however, we're disappointed with several items upon arrival. The floor hadn't been swept. It was still covered in sand from the previous tenants. And the fridge was dirty. Didn't anticipate having to clean both of those items immediately upon check in. Additionally, we were notified a few hours before arrival the dishwasher was broken. We were told it was going to be fixed at some point, never heard again from the property owners if it was or not. The coffee pot also didn't work properly. We weren't able to use it at all. Additionally, they made it very clear they didn't have cable but a DVD player. Totally fine, we anticipated that, but, found that the DVD player also didn't work. When traveling with a young child, not necessarily ideal. Overall, a nice property, but, the local cleaning and management team could have done a better job with the prep of the property, along with spot checking that all of the items in the unit were functioning in the unit.
