Things to Know Access to this third-floor unit is via three flights of stairs from the parking area. Elevators are not available. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. The unit was very clean and all appliances and WIFI worked properly. The master bathroom and kitchen were a bit cramped. The kitchen cabinets and some of the bedroom furnishings seemed old or outdated. I feel like we paid too for the condition of the accommodations. ##### RUBEN P. We just had a 4 night stay with our 3 teenage/adult children and had the absolute best time! The condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. The walk to the beach was so quick. We could also walk to dinner, mini golf, ice cream, donuts, coffee…anything we wanted. Super close to Northside Park which happened to have fireworks the first night we were there. We would absolutely stay here again! ##### Kate S. After 2 hrs temperature not going down. Called vacasa and was told we had to set it at 75° or higher for it to work properly. At bedtime room temp still 77°, called vacasa again and rep opened a ticket saying management would be in touch. Next morning still no communication so we asked for a refund and was again told management would be in touch. Later that afternoon we got a call from vacasa reps saying they would not refund but would send someone to change our air conditioners filter. Also first night we went to shower after the beach and had absolutely no wash rags and a single hotel size shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap for the entire room not even one per bathroom.
