Not to mention this gorgeous building is located on one of the most desirable beaches on the East Coast. Simply stated, there is something for absolutely everyone at The Quay. And why choose The Quay 1201 for your next family escape? Three words - it is stunning. Located high on the 12th Floor, the sweeping Views of both the Ocean and the Bay will take your breath away. Upon entering, the Colors of Sand and Sea will instantly melt away all your worries - so kick off your flip flops and let the fun begin….. Recently renovated with an understated and very tasteful Coastal Flair, Quay 1201 is warm and inviting. The beachy floors are reminiscent of a stroll on our famous OCMD Boardwalk, and the natural Sea Glass tones are warm and soothing. After a busy day on the Beach, you’ll love relaxing in the cozy furniture, including the couch which is also a Sleeper Sofa, and enjoying the Flat Screen TV, the AC and Free WiFi. Take in awe-inspiring Views right from the sofa, or slip out to the Furnished Balcony, where you can see the waves crash on the Beach, and also catch a gorgeous sunset at the day’s end. This truly is just the perfect place to begin and end every wonderful day of vacation. Looking straight down the OC strip at night is quite a sight with the city lights dancing on the water. Just off the Living Area, the Well-equipped Kitchen will inspire the Chef in your family. With gleaming Granite Countertops, Ocean Blue cabinets and everything you could possibly need, mealtime will feel like anything but a chore. There’s plenty of room for all at the Double Sided Breakfast Bar, and the spacious Dining Area is just steps away with seating for a quiet meal in, or a fun family game night in! The Quay 1201 sleeps up to 6 and is absolutely perfect for small families or 2 couples traveling together. Bedroom 1 has a cozy Queen Bed, and the gorgeous combination of beachy blue with pops of coral. With a Flat Screen TV and lovely Views, it’s absolute perfection. There’s a Full Bath convenient to both Bedrooms and the Living Area just across the Hall with a Granite Vanity and a Shower/Tub Combo. At the end of the hall is the Primary Bedroom with a Plush Queen Bed and en-suite Full Bath with Walk-in Shower. Serene colors of ocean and sea glass are fabulous, and there’s also a Flat Screen TV. Back out in the hall you’ll find a Stacked Washer and Dryer in the Laundry Closet, perfect for popping in a quick load while calling Quay 1201 home. As you can see, a Vacation at The Quay 1201 is not just a place to lay your head at night - it’s a Vacation Experience. Check-in was easy and management was incredibly responsive (within minutes). The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Its an older building (like most in the OC) but the unit and the building have been thoughtfully renovated. The unit provides bay and beach views. The indoor pool came in handy on rainy days the 2nd floor cafe was a pleasant surprise. The building isnt as big some of the others in the area so there was always plenty of space by the pool and beachside. We'd definitely return. ##### Greg L. Great for families and adults alike. Right on the beach. From the balcony, we could see both the ocean and the bay. The building has both large hampers for moving and carts for groceries, very convenient. 2 grocery stores, pharmacy, and wine/beer/liquor within a few blocks. On the 2nd floor of the building, there’s a Tiny Cafe where we got breakfast sandwiches and coffee. There’re also essentials for house and beach, books for children and adults, jewelry and souvenirs. Also lunch sandwiches and salads. Much appreciated. Very easy to communicate with facility’s management, by text. No issues, just the sun and the sand… and a home away from home. ##### Jeanne G.
