Conveniently located just a short walk from the pools, clubhouse, and private bayfront beaches, this Sunset Island condo offers access to an endless number of activities right within the community gates. The community features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, three private beaches, a center, boat slips, a crabbing pier, the Island Cafe and Pool Bar, a general store, 24-hour security with gated access, and an interactive fountain. When you're ready to venture out into town, this great 67th Street location puts you just a few blocks from famous Ocean City hotspots and a short drive from the Ocean City Boardwalk, outlet shopping, world-class golf courses, movie theaters, casinos, and other attractions for all ages. And at only three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, this 37-acre private community is surrounded by the bay on three sides, giving you tranquil scenery throughout the day and breathtaking views at sunset. Things to Know Condo package pricing (each condo package has an additional $15 fee paid to the condo association): A building registration fee includes 6 facility passes and two parking passes (One pass is for a designated space in the parking garage 7’2 and one pass for parking on the clamshells). Children 3 and under do not require a facility pass. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1- April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $75 Spring (May 1 - May 25) = $110 Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 7) = $150 Fall (September 8 - September 30) = $110 Occupancy limits strictly enforced by the community. This unit features access to a private bayside beach, clubhouse, fitness center, library, locker rooms, indoor pool, outdoor pool, baby wading pool, walking trails, and a crabbing/fishing pier. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. (1) we were not given correct code for door keypad. (2). We were not given correct code for beach locker. (3). Shower did not drain properly. We had questions and issues throughout our stay and they did nothing. Every time I called someone was there to listen to my problem/question and I was assured someone would follow up with me and no one ever did. We had to pay out of pocket for items that were supposed to be available to us as part of our rental. I did not get what I paid on multiple levels. This property is nice but do not book if you have to go through Vacasa. You will get the door code and then you are on your own. ##### Carl P.
