Sunset Island: This property is a spectacular choice if you want to enjoy the best of both the beach and the bay while soaking up all the luxurious amenities found in the exclusive Sunset Island private community! Bright, sunny, spacious, and family-friendly with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo is beautifully decorated, well-appointed, and perfectly located in a very safe, private community in mid-town with quick, easy access to both the ocean and the bay! Beautifully decorated with coastal farmhouse charm, this condo has central air and internet. It features an open floor plan, combining the kitchen, dining and living areas and features multiple, comfy couches and a large flat screen smart TV, great for relaxing with family and friends. The couch has a queen sofa bed for an additional sleeping area. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, range, microwave, garbage disposal and a full-size refrigerator with ice and water on the door, and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need. A coffee machine and a crock pot are also provided for your convenience. The unit also has a full-size washer and dryer. All three bedrooms are bright and generously sized and each has their own smart TV, comfy beds, a dresser and closet. The master bedroom has a king size bed and opens to a large en-suite bath with a soaking tub, separate shower and his-and-her sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has two full-size beds. The main bathroom is large and features a full-size tub with shower and is easily accessed from the bedrooms and the common areas. This property also features a large, private deck that can be accessed from the living room and from the master bedroom. It overlooks a beautiful lake with stunning water features which you can enjoy from the deck whether you’re waking up with coffee at sunrise or relaxing with cocktails at sunset. With your rental comes access to Sunset Island’s gorgeous outdoor pool, a large indoor pool, the private bay side private beaches, docks for crabbing and fishing, walking/biking trails that surround the 37 acre island, and a state-of-the-art gym and sauna. Upon check-in you’ll receive parking passes for two vehicles, and passes to access all of the amenities listed above.  
Perfectly located just two very short blocks from the ocean. Spend your early afternoons riding the waves and soaking up the sun, then hit the gorgeous pool. Those who have small children may prefer to spend their days at the beautiful private beach, where you don’t have to worry about waves and rip-currents. Both the ocean side beach and the bay side beach and pools are within a few short minutes from this property. Building elevator and wheeled luggage carts make loading/unloading easy. Bike racks are available in the parking area if you wish to bring your bikes. Nearby restaurants offer bay side dining, entertainment & specials between Memorial Day and Labor Day. A community store is only a block away and is also open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. There’s also a super fun interactive water feature next to the lake that’s a huge hit with children so be sure to bring your phone/camera so you can capture the fun! Conveniently located off of 67th street in mid-town Ocean City you’ll feel super safe in this gated beach community, but are still centrally located in town. You’ll be walking distance to shopping, restaurants and both indoor and outdoor miniature golf courses, and you’re just a short drive to everything in either direction, whether it’s the boardwalk in lower Ocean City or the tax-free shopping just above North Ocean City. It’s the perfect location! Restrictions: Absolutely no smoking and no pets allowed (both are grounds for eviction).
