This lovely 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Ocean Block Condo has all the makings of a fabulous Beach Vacation! Located on 35th Street, Summer View 201 is near everywhere you want to be. Only steps from the water's edge, enjoy sitting on your furnished Balcony and taking in the almost-oceanfront views and the sounds and smells of the ocean while enjoying your morning coffee. Wander down the street to many local attractions, fine dining, mini golf, or even a sunset over the Bay. And, the famous Ocean City Boardwalk is only a short walk down the Beach! This gorgeous Condo will comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 1 child with lovely Views of the Beach from the large Balcony, and has the makings of a fabulous Vacation! The bright Living Area is welcoming after a fun-filled day on the Beach. You’ll love relaxing with the Flat Screen TV and Free WiFi. Summer View 201 has a cool, Beachy feel, with lots of natural light and comfy furnishings to sink into. The Chef in your family will adore the wide open, Fully-Equipped Kitchen, making mealtime a breeze! If you’d like a night or two off from cooking, you can take a quick stroll to one of the many fine Restaurants located nearby, such as Shotti’s Point, OC Wasabi, Coin’s Pub, or Barn 34, all Locals favorites!. Shops, entertainment, and more are just a short walk or bus ride away when staying at Summer View. The Inlet is a short drive away, as well as West OC which offers additional shopping and Dining. The Primary Bedroom with a King Bed, and calming decor, is flooded with natural light from the large sliding door, helping to start each day feeling relaxed and refreshed. You can slip out right onto the Balcony or lay back and enjoy the Flat Screen TV. The attached bath has a Shower/Tub combo for your convenience. Across the Hall, Bedroom 2 comfortably sleeps 5 with a Full bed, and a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full). The fresh, bright decor and cozy bedding of this room will have your loved ones sleeping like a baby. Attached bath is a Tub/Shower combo and is also accessible from the hall. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony, watching the waves break. It's actually nicer that it's not beach front as the sun would have been too hot to sit out there. Instead, we had some shade and still had a great view of the ocean. The layout of the condo was also very nice as the rooms were down a hallway from the living room, so if someone was watching TV it was still quiet in the rooms. Loved the decor as well. Other pluses: They provided a couple beach chairs. We brought some of our own, but it was nice having a few extras. Having the towels and sheets provided was also great. The air conditioning is separate units in each room, which we liked because we could set it to our liking room by room. They worked really well.Some suggestions for improvement: The carpet was old and could use either a really good cleaning or should be replaced. The dryer had to be run multiple times to dry the clothes. The condo was very humid. We had a few rainy days and the master bedroom had a musty smell and everything just felt damp. A dehumidifier would be very helpful. The AC vents need a good cleaning (we wiped them down) and the kitchen floor was not mopped well. Otherwise, everything was great. Communication was excellent and we loved staying there. Would definitely consider coming back. ##### Laura B. Very quiet area, even on the weekend with easy access to the beach. Note you should bring shampoo and bath soap/gel. I particularly liked the well stocked Keurig and optional Mr Coffee and the patio is wonderful to sit on during early mornings and evenings. Only issue was a musty smell in the master bathroom. I was able to manage it, so I didn't mention it until after I left. The condo service was very gracious and communicative, so I expect they will fix it promptly. ##### Pat K. The end unit was a bonus since it had nice, roomy bedrooms and large living room. The balcony was relaxing and gave a view of the ocean. The location of the condo was perfect to walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. It was very convenient and just one house away from the beach. So easy to walk back for lunch, grab a drink and use the restroom. The rental company was very helpful. Ongoing communications before arrival, during our stay and post check out was nice.
