Summer Beach 606 comfortably sleeps 8 with 2 Bedrooms and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area. There is also a Flat Screen TV and shared Jack and Jill bathroom with a Shower/Tub Combo.

Across the Hall, Bedroom 2 sleeps 4 with 2 Full Beds. The fresh decor and cozy bedding of this room will have you sleeping like a baby. Off the Kitchen is the 2nd Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. There’s also a convenient Washer and Dryer, in case you need to wash the sand from your bathing suits!

Everything was great. The unit was clean, well maintained, and well stocked. The area is perfect for families.Guests should plan to bring clothing hangers and an extra garbage bag or two for the kitchen.

Great location. Owner was quick to respond when I had a little trouble with the door lock. We had a great time and the condo was perfect for us.

Nice condo right on the beach

Listing is accurate. Great location for beach access. Close enough to walk to the boardwalk and Jolly Roger amusement park. Relatively clean unit, beds are comfortable. One bathroom tub had a backed up drain, but that’s an easy fix. All in all, would recommend— particularly for the beach access.

Perfect location

We loved the location and ease of getting on to the beach every day! I gave it an overall 4 stars because it was very difficult to get in to the front door- the lock is old and rusted- it’s a digital code that we had to enter at least 10 times before the door opened. It would unlock and relock and not allow you to open the door- this seems minimal but it was very frustrating when you’ve been on the beach all day, and you are carrying items and children.

place was dirty, kitchen cabinet fell off and hit my wife on the head. chair collasped and I fell to the floor, screen door did not function at all, my wife got bed bugs from bed she was sleeping in, had to go to dr when we got home, Lock on door did not function very well if at all

Summer Beach is a great location, not just because it's right on the beach, but because it's in walking distance to some great things (Tony Luke's, Shot's, bagel place, shops, etc). We really loved the beach and bay views from the balcony! The building is older, but our condo was updated and clean and really comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool is basic, but with the beach right there, we really only cared about cooling off on our way back anyway. It was great to text with the property owner, who was super responsive and personable. The check in/check out instructions were clear and simple. We had a great mini week there and would definitely return!

Long weekend getaway

This property was perfect in every way. It had everything we needed, in a great location with easy access to beach and gorgeous views of sunrise. Will definitely be back.
