The location was excellent, and the beautiful beach was just a short distance away. We found the kitchen well-equipped with a good amount of tools, utensils, pots, and pans. However, a couple of cabinets and closet doors were falling off their hinges and not secure, the top of the coffee table is detached from the bottom and when we went to move it to pull out the sofa bed it fell on my sons foot, the front door screen cover needed some maintenance, a shelf on one of the bottom bunks was unstable, and the toilet paper holder in the hallway bathroom was loose. Additionally, we found the unit to be not as clean as expected, with crumbs in cabinets, a cookie behind the garbage can, an old coffee filter still in the coffee pot, sand on the floors (which we had to sweep upon arrival), and the shower floor needed some cleaning. ##### Rachel F. The owners were great communicators, the condo was clean, and the renovations looked beautiful. Great view of the ocean. We went during off-season so we did not have neighbors and nobody bothered us! Condo was clean and the view was amazing. The condo itself sits at the end of the building closer to the road but this didnt dampen the view at all. It was higher then expected 18th floor which made me a little nervous with two kids 7&10 but wasnt an issue as the railings are tall. Elevator was quick and never had issues. There were some small cosmic issues that could be fixed but nothing that effected our trip. Communication with the owner was great! They were fast to answer any questions or conserns. We would definitely rent again from this group but probably a lower floor because i didnt realized how high 18 floors are haha. 5 stars. ##### Jennifer M. The seating was a little tight in the living room/kitchen for everyone, but we made it work. There are beach chairs, boards, canopy, and umbrellas there. This space has a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is close and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend.
