It s one of few properties in Ocean City offering both stunning views of the ocean and bay from one unit. Inside the private beach storage will be complimentary beach chairs and umbrella provided for your convenience while you are enjoying the beach that is just steps away from the condo building. The unit has a spacious master bedroom located in the rear of the condo with a queen bed, closet, writing desk and a new smart TV. The den has been re-designed as a bedroom with a closet, accordion door shut-off and a separate door access. This den also has a new twin over full bunk bed that can accommodate up to three persons comfortably and a wall mounted TV. From this den,, when the accordion door is opened, you can view the ocean and hear the waves crash against the shore. The tastefully decorated den with carefully selected lighting makes the room extra cozy and provides flexibility for privacy with the accordion door either opened or closed. For additional sleeping options, the sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa that provides sleeping for at least two persons. The living area is open floor plan with living room, dining and kitchen all positioned for maximum views of the ocean. The kitchen is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile backsplash, granite counter tops, tile flooring, dishwasher and stocked with amenities to make you feel at home. While you prepare your meals, never miss a moment of the fun and laughter in the living room, be part of the conversation as you savor magnificent views of the ocean and the crashing of the ocean waves against the shore. When its time to eat, there is enough room for everyone at the table as you enjoy family time all seated in one place while enjoying stunning views of the ocean as well as the sounds of the crashing waves. After dinner or anytime you choose, go to the treasure chest and pick a game of your choice for the family to play whether inside the living room or on the spacious oceanfront balcony with seating available for everyone. This was our family’s third visit to this unit! Again, it did not disappoint. Each year, we look forward to the beautiful views of the ocean and the bay. It is a great location - near restaurants, ice cream, shopping, groceries. The unit is very well-maintained and has great accessories for the beach. This unit was exceptional- very updated and comfortable. Upon arrival everything was perfect - extra products if needed, extra clean and beautiful decor. We appreciated the modern beachy feel. My 5 year old loved having his own space in the “middle room”. The views from both the front balcony and the back balcony were amazing. We love having all the comforts of home, but being at the ocean with amazing views! We enjoyed both balconies during our stay. It is very helpful to have beach chairs, umbrella, etc available for use (saves room when packing the car!) We also made use of the kitchen and laundry. Our kids love using the pool and the short walk to the ocean! The upgraded bathroom was a nice surprise! The unit is very well-maintained. ##### Mary R. As everyone one else states, the views from the unit are outstanding from both the ocean and bay balconies. We loved waking up and seeing the ocean in morning. The condo is within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, ice cream, etc.. We rarely needed to move the car. The updated bath, kitchen, and appliances were a bonus. Andre checked in to make sure we were all set, and was so helpful with questions. Hope to stay here again.
