I contacted multiple people to resolve the issue and no one actually fixed it. A ticket was put in with xfinity for us and that was as far as we got. Typically not an issue on vacation but my wife had to work a little bit so she has to go to the library while I took the kids to the beach. We would’ve not selected this place if WiFi were not a listed amenity so we felt very let down that a simple issue could not be fixed. Other than that, quite a few glasses in the cupboard were chipped and I cut my lip on one before I noticed it was chipped. Glad it was me and not my kids but also really not a great experience. The listing was also difficult to locate via Waze, Google maps, etc. having a little bit more specific directions once you physically get to the city block would have been helpful. We went to 2 buildings before we located the correct one. After a long drive we were just ready to be there. ##### Steve L.
