We are 6 Friends who do a beach trip annually and it’s tricky to find a place to fit us all comfortably, but with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms it worked out perfectly. It’s close to restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The outdoor furniture could be updated, 2 chairs were broken; it’s a great spot to watch the sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee. The location is prime for activities and the beach . The rental unit is nice , furniture could use cleaning and upstairs carpet. I arrived to two stopped up sinks out of the three bathrooms, and neither bathrooms appeared clean. Upstairs couch needs to be moved to clean the dirt and trash that has been housed underneath. Sep 2, 2022 #### Vacasa is great, place is beautiful, but needs some updates. Everyone with Vacasa was quick to respond and knowledgeable- loved that! The place was a little dirty when we got there- needed vacuumed and a few things wiped down. We did that since it was easy stuff. Bathrooms were cleaned well. Comforters needed washed- one had something yellow on it and the other one had food on it. The living room carpet needs changed out. It is very dirty and picks up a lot of dirt.
