The Sea, the Sun, and the Sand - what more could you want, right? How about a beautifully renovated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Ocean View Condo that comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 1 child? Not to mention the prime location just steps from not only the Beach, but also some of the best dining OC has to offer! You will find it all at the fabulous Salty Sands 208 in Midtown Ocean City, Maryland. You are sure to love this elegant, beachy Condo! As you pull in, you'll appreciate the assigned parking guaranteeing you won’t drive around looking for a place to park! Super convenient street parking is also available all along the street adjacent to the building. As you enter this lovely home, you'll know you made the right choice. Welcoming bright white beadboard walls and gleaming light wood floors will usher in the beginning of your Beach Vacation. Take a deep breath - it's time to relax! This home has a wonderful layout that allows for your family to be together and also to have a little quiet time when needed, as well. The first thing you will notice is the simply decadent Kitchen. It isn't often you see a Kitchen this spacious in a 2 Bedroom Condo. The Chef in the family will be delighted by how well-stocked it is, as well as the tons of cabinet and counter space. No doubt you will find everything you need to make mealtime a breeze. The Kitchen overlooks the Living Area making it easy to still enjoy the family while whipping up a family meal. The large Breakfast Bar with seating is great for a quick bite before hitting the Beach, or relaxing for a quiet meal in! Not one to cook while on Vacation? No problem, there are a number of fantastic dining options within walking distance of salty sands. The gorgeous and open Living Area has been thoughtfully designed,as well. With oversized, comfy furniture, Free WiFi, and Flat Screen TV, you'll love relaxing in the AC here after a fun-filled day on our beautiful Beach. Just off the Living Area is an enormous Ocean View Balcony that you won't want to leave. The Views are incredible - watch the waves crash on the beach and take in that salty air while enjoying your morning coffee. We just love the layout of this Condo so much - the Primary Bedroom, at the far end of the home near the entrance, is very private and away from the Living Area. Adorned with cool, calming Blues and Grays, a super cozy Queen Bed, and Flat Screen TV, this Primary Bedroom will have you ready for your next visit as soon as it’s time to go! The gorgeous Primary Bath has a Custom Tile Walk-in Shower, perfect for freshening up after those long days of fun in the sun!. Bedroom 2 is just down the hall and absolutely perfect for your special little loved ones, sleeping 3 with a Twin bed and a Twin Bunk Bed. There is also a convenient Flat Screen TV to stream movies for those evenings when Mom and Dad are ready for a little adult time. Beach is over the dunes. Plenty of things to do. The Condo was well maintained and Nicely updated. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the waves come in with our morning coffee as our kids were still asleep. The communication with the management was great. Anything you maywant to know or need was a text away and very prompt response. Again cant say enough of this place and the management company that runs it. We arrived late due to a long drive. The maintenance person on call was unable to articulate how to get into the building (said he’d gone to sleep & couldn’t wake up). It took half an hour for us to get into the unit. Once in, the condo & unit were great though. The property did decide to pressure wash (during busy season) which soaked all of the vehicles with the chemicals they used. We had to visit a car wash on our dime to clean our car. ##### Robin M.
