After taking the kids to the beach, stop by one of the heated pools and take a quick swim before dinner. If you opt to eat in, you'll be satisfied with our fully equipped kitchen. You'll be able to cook a wonderful meal and have enough space to eat with 6 seats at the dining room table and 5 stools at the counter. Our home is equipped with Free Wi-Fi and Premium Cable channels when you decide to take the night off from going to the boardwalk. All for your enjoyment. Enjoy a quick walk to the enjoyments of restaurants, bars, and ice cream stand walking distance from our home. We are 3 min drive, 1 mile walk to Northside Park but are able to watch the fireworks right from our balcony. We are a 1 minute walk to the Ocean City Fontaineblue Resort and a 10 minute drive (4 mi) to the Rowland E Powell Convention Center. There is a full-size washer, dryer, dishwasher, and central air. The bus stop is located right in front of our building and is only a 10 minute car ride (4.5 mi) (20-30 minute bus ride) to Jolly Roger's Amusements and the Beginning of the BOARDWALK. There is a Non-Refundable $100 Resort Fee for any length stay, required to be paid, in addition to the reservation, to Security upon checking in (APRIL-NOVEMBER ONLY), which includes 24-hour security and parking for 1 vehicle. A second car is available only on 1st come/1st serve basis and is $15/day $100/week, BUT IS NOT AVAILABLE MEMORIAL DAY, JULY 4TH, & LABOR DAY. It had everything we needed to make meals, relax and enjoy our time together. The amenities in the building were also a plus. The hardest part was the elevator but to be expected in a high rise during summer. Being on the 3rd floor made the stairs a breeze and no real need for the elevator. Host was amazing and kind. Brought my daughter down for senior week since she didn’t want to stay with the other clowns in hectic houses. This place was quiet and easy to access. The owner made sure to reach out and that I had everything unneeded. My wife and son came down for a couple days as well. Just remember to bring your own towels, sheets , and blankets. We loved this condo at The Quay! Upon entering the condo, it was evident how clean and well taken care of it was. Royal was wonderful to work with. We had one small issue and he solved it immediately. He checked in with us to be sure everything was ok and was available if needed. The photos in the listing are 100% on point. The condo felt warm and inviting. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit, as well as the nice furniture, new mattresses, cookware and appliances. We had an infant with us and the sturdy crib was a plus and so easy to set up. Plenty of drawers and closet space for clothing. The washer/dryer was also convenient, especially traveling with an infant. The Quay property is kept extremely clean on the interior/exterior. The grounds are well maintained, the pool is clean and the common areas throughtout the building are kept spotless. Roy, the owner of the condo was quick to take our call when we had some challenges with checking in with one staff member at the security desk. Roy resolved the issue instantly and we accessed the condo. We highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay there again! ##### Lesley E.
