Accommodating up to 10 guests, your family and friends will enjoy this tastefully decorated and spacious 3 bedroom unit with 3 ensuite bathrooms along with an open living floor plan with 9ft ceilings throughout, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Corian counters with modernized appliances, a Keurig Coffee Maker, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The living room offers a 65" TV, gas fireplace, plenty of seating, and a queen sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom features a king Bed, private ensuite bath featuring double sink vanity, a huge walk-in shower with bench seating, double shower heads and a private toilet room. The second bedroom features a queen bed with private bath that offers a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features 2-full beds with pocket doors that lead to an oversized bathroom that features stand alone shower and private toilet room. For your added convenience, there are 4 HD flat panel TV's with Android 4K streaming media boxes, high speed wireless internet access using a Netgear Orbi mesh router with two satellite units spread throughout the condo to ensure the entire unit has WIFI coverage, BluRay players, smart tv's provide access to Netflix, Amazon Prime & other online media.
Building amenities include 2 assigned parking spaces underneath the building, private beach locker with beach equipment, elevator and private outdoor pool located on 2nd floor. Rentals are any 3 nights in the off season, and Saturday to Saturday during peak season.
Guests supply sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package includes a sheet set including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
