Things to Know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Pictures captured the area perfectly. Bed was comfortable and the ac/heat was great. Completely forgot to bring laundry detergent, so the welcome bag with laundry detergent, bars of soap, shampoo, conditioner and dishwasher detergent was a nice and pleasant surprise! My teenage daughter and I stayed for the weekend for a volleyball tournament, so it wasn't a "beach trip," but the easy access to the beach meant we were still able to easily walk down and walk along the beach when she wasn't playing. Location was great with lots to walk to (and just down the block from the convention center, which was great for us). We were not there during peak beach season, but found it was surprisingly quiet at night when we stayed. The condo was clean and comfortable and offered all the basics for a nice stay. I loved that a starter pack of items (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry pods, and much more!) was included. This and the fact that linens were included made it so much easier and more convenient! Check in and check out were quick and seamless; communication with a rental company (vs. and individual owner) is always a little trickier, but we were able to get our questions answered. If we were to make another quick trip to OC, we'd stay here again. ##### Brenda P.
