Clean, well maintained, smooth check in and check out, location is awesome, parking is like no other place in OC . It is close to shopping, dining, beach and anything you’d ever need. The host Jarrett is awesome makes you feel at home and makes you feel that you can enjoy the entire property just as you would at home. Check in was very simple and the host was fantastic. They made themselves available if we needed anything and made sure we got into the units with no issues. The host kept open communication and let us know if we needed anything to simply just ask. The units are recently renovated and were all very clean. Plenty of space and can easily accommodate a large group if need be. Parking is great, location is great (tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance). We rented 3 units in it. For us Most favorite part was the front yard with golf setup for kids and seating arrangement, it’s good for spending your morning and evening there.
