Come and enjoy this 4th floor unit in the beautiful and popular ocean-side Adagio condo where you can enjoy your week at the beach. Unit 408 offers clear views of the beach from the balcony and is spacious with room for your friends and family. Very short walk to the pool, beach, and your favorite restaurants. Nicely finished with ceramic tile in the kitchen, baths, and new carpet in great room with and bedrooms. Tastefully decorated and furnished with new comfortable sofas and chairs. Large gourmet kitchen with granite counters offer lots of meal prep space should you want to dine in. Large New full sized fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher compliment the white cabinets and double sink.   
  
Watch sunrise over the Atlantic and famous sunsets over the bay from the balcony. The side unit offers a clear view of the ocean and beach from the balcony. The large Master bedroom has a King bed, with access to balcony, large private bath with large soaking tub, separate shower and dual sink vanity. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds and large bath with walk in shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and a door to the 3rd bath with combo tub and shower. All bedrooms have new smart 4k TV's that offer comcast HD cable boxes with voice activated remote as well as access to all the streaming services like Amazon, Netflix, Disney and more . This condo has a large separate utility room with full size washer and dryer to keep you in clean clothes during your stay. Unit comes with 2 reserved parking spaces, 1 under shade the other in open parking. There are 2 elevators for easy access. The indoor heated pool is a big hit on rainy days. Take a very short walk to the beach - only 50 yards away!   
  
Located on 59th St. - the location can't be beat!

\- Bus service to famous Ocean City boardwalk is in front of the building

What to do in Ocean City MD? The famous OC Boardwalk which is 32 blocks long and is lined with shops and attractions. It is great for riding bikes before 10am in summer season, and all day Sept to May. Ocean City is a famous deep sea fishing location with the featured White Marlin contest each August. Besides boat and jet ski rentals, fishing trips, and/or diving trips are all available. Numerous shopping opportunities including OC outlets and the Delaware Outlets which offer tax free shopping and are about 18 miles north on Coastal Highway. Restaurants, movies, library and public parks round out the options.

Beautifully appointed condo. Great central location. Lovely views from the balcony. So much space. Easy walk to the beach. Would recommend without reservations and would stay here again.Note: we purchased the extra linen package which made it so easy! The beds were made when we arrived.

#### We Loved It!

We loved the property and location. We loved it so much we checked out the open house downstairs. It was a cozy, clean, home away from home and we've discussed making this a yearly trip for our family. Easy access to the beach and personally, I love the view from the balcony and I really like the decor. We only had one issue with the code but a quick response cleared up the situation and it was smooth sailing from there. We will definitely book again!

We found bedbug in the bedroom while sleeping and on the second day found the nest in the bed frame. PRETTY HORRIC!! It took the property management to move us to another suite in oceanfront but we lost the whole day & so much headache try to clean up. Don’t recommend it at all.

My family and I were very pleased with the residence. It was very clean had ample space to move around and accommodate all the adults and children. There was everything we needed to use as far As cooking, etc. We loved the beach chairs that were available, and the property was very quiet and so close to the beach and surrounding entities. would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for an exceptional place to hang out for a couple days. Any questions to the owners were answered immediately. Just a wonderful experience.

Overall, it was an excellent rental. The location is perfect. The nearby beach is clean and wide enough to not feel overcrowded, even on Fourth of July weekend. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance, which spared us from having to drive on often-congested coastal Highway. The condo was clean and modern, with lovely furnishings. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils, appliances, and paper products. The owners were responsive and accommodating, even letting me order linens at the last minute. My one complaint is minor-- to wash sand off after leaving the beach, you have to use a portable nozzle that connects to the outside shower. It’s a bit inconvenient.

#### Great girls weekend getaway

This was a perfect condo for our weekend bachelorette party. It was so clean, great location, and so much room. The pictures online do not do this condo justice with how beautiful it is with a nice view of the ocean. The porch is so nice, big and relaxing. Great location to shopping and restaurants too. Very thankful for the beach cart that is available to use. Highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

#### Great beach getaway

My mom and I stayed for a long weekend with my young kids and the condo was perfect! Very spacious and clean, and the kids loved the bedroom with the two twin beds. It’s a perfect location, pretty views, close to everything, but also quiet (and we were even there during bike week!). The AC was not working when we arrived, but the hosts were super responsive and resolved so quickly that it did not impact our stay whatsoever. Would definitely book again.

The unit was clean, nicely furnished, had ocean and bay views, and was in an excellent location. You need a code to use the stairwell, another code to use the elevator and a third code to enter the unit. We were given the wrong code for the elevator! Someone else staying at another unit gave us their code, so we did not have to use the stairs to get to the 4th floor.

Condo was beautiful. Great location, very short walk to the beach, 711 convenient store, restaurant s and souvenir shop. The veiw from the balcony was beautiful. Definitely would stay there again.
