Enjoy the expansive wrap around balcony that you can access from the living/dining room and main bedroom. Great building with an elevator just across the street (a 3–4-minute walk) from the beach and Atlantic Ocean! Main bedroom has a king bed; second bedroom has a queen and a set of bunk beds (max weight on top bunk 165 lbs.) and the living room has a queen sleep sofa - sleep 8 people comfortably. If you're staying in the cooler spring or fall months, you'll enjoy the gas fireplace in the family room! There are a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit, along with cable TV and high-speed internet/Wi-Fi. This condo is also handicapped/wheelchair accessible with 36" door openings and comes with 2 parking spaces, one assigned and another unassigned. This condo is located on the third floor. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse and Alley Oops to name a few!
