Great location
Property was located at end of board walk, about 2 blocks. It was nice to have the quietness and accessibility of the beach by not being on the boardwalk, but a very close walk to enjoy it. The wrap around balcony was also nice to have more views. Property manager was very responsive. Parking was always available. Having a pool and the residents there were always pleasant and welcoming. Would visit again.

Nice condo
Overall, the condo was in good shape and comfortable. It’s in a quiet area and has a pool. I was unhappy about a couple of things. Check in is at 4. Most places, early check in is free and not an issue as long as the room is ready. We arrived in town about 20 minutes early and were told by the owner that we could not go straight to our condo and relax after driving 7 hours without paying a $200 early check in fee! So we parked elsewhere and killed 20 minutes before we could relax! That was utter BS and uncalled for. Not very welcoming. Then, upon entering, I find that no one cleaned the sliding doors to prepare for our arrival. I had to Windex them in order to see out at all - they were filthy! Smaller complaints were that the dryer didn’t work well - had to dry clothes 2-3 cycles to get them dry. The bathrooms appear to not have been updated since the 70’s. My tub was dark green and the curtains were also dark so I could barely see what I was doing in there. Finally, they didn’t tell me everything I needed to bring. They only listed paper products and trash bags. So I bought those, but there were already plenty there. There was no soap or shampoo, etc. Yes, I’ve stayed in condos before, but if you don’t list that I need to bring something, then I’m thinking it will be there. Overall a nice place, but let people come in early if they’ve been traveling all day and without the ridiculous fee. That was my major issue with the owner.

Location!
Nice condo for a small group to enjoy both an oceanfront view (from two sides on a corner balcony) and a convenient location. Easy check-in, on-site parking, and just a few steps to the beach. Thanks!

nice room great location
I thought the accommodations were nice! Unfortunately, the building is in a sad state. You have to push the up button on the elevator to go down. Both stairways were blocked for repairs. There was no direct access to the dumpster.
