You'll love the amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach from the living areas, master bedroom and balcony! Upgrades include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and new white cabinets in the kitchen. Master bathroom has a custom tile shower with glass door! There is luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout! Main bedroom has a king-sized bed and second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and pull-out sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. Wi-Fi and cable TV are both provided by the building. Enjoy large Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Second bedroom also has a smart TV. There are a washer and dryer in the condo and 2 assigned parking spaces are provided. This condo is on the sixth floor, and the building has an elevator. \*\*\*IMPORTANT: Indoor pool is temporarily closed until further notice. We will update this listing as we receive information. Enjoy easy beach access as your unit is only a few steps from the ocean! Located in the heart of uptown Ocean City surrounded by restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores is only a few blocks away.
