You'll love the amazing view of the Atlantic ocean and beach from the living areas, master bedroom and balcony! Upgrades include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, a custom tile shower with glass door and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout! Main bedroom has a king sized bed and second bedroom has 2 full sized beds so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. Wifi and cable TV are both provided by the building. There is a washer and dryer in the condo and 2 assigned parking spaces are provided. \*\*\*IMPORTANT: Indoor pool is temporarily closed indefinitely. We will update this listing as we receive information. Enjoy easy beach access as your unit is only a few steps from the ocean! Located in the heart of uptown Ocean City surrounded by restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores is only a few blocks away. Gold Coast Mall is located directly across the street offering several shops, restaurants, a gym and much more! This property only rents for 7 day minimums. \*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $100\. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.
