After a day spent enjoying the beach and the building's many resort-style amenities (including pools, a sundeck, and a sauna), you'll come home to a private balcony overlooking the beach, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a centrally air-conditioned living space with free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and multiple TVs. The Plaza Condominiums is an oceanfront property in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a half-acre sundeck, a hot tub, a sauna, an oceanfront lounge, and an outdoor bar and grill come summertime. In this wonderful location, you'll be close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife in the surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway. Head less than two miles north to Northside Park or two miles further to Fenwick Island, or go south for the day to Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk (approximately four miles south). Things to Know Full kitchen The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower only No smoking allowed in any of the condos, on balconies, or on the pool deck No pets allowed \*Please note the following: This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 11. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. The view from the balcony was amazing and I enjoyed my morning coffee out there every day. I would definitely recommend this property to other people looking for a relaxing get away. We especially appreciated the location, it was far enough away from the boardwalk that the beaches weren't overcrowded, but close enough where you could easily take the 15 minute drive to join in the shopping and night life. ##### Jacob D.
