You'll have a commanding view of the beach, dolphins jumping in the waves, and the open Atlantic Ocean at Silver Moon 307, an oceanfront escape in the heart of North Ocean City. This centrally air-conditioned condo comes complete with two private balconies, its own washer/dryer, and a kitchen, dining space, and living room with gorgeous views of the shore. The Silver Moon is an oceanfront building with an outdoor pool and underground parking in North Ocean City, offering fantastic proximity to Coastal Highway, great restaurants, shops, mini-golf courses, and other sources of entertainment and nightlife. Northside Park, the 58-acre complex with sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and all sorts of annual events, is only a quarter-mile west. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Newly remodeled bathrooms Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Very spacious and well-kept property, right on the beach with breathtaking views every morning/all day, and North side park right across the street on the bay in the other direction. Condo had everything we needed for a relaxing week including huge TV, comfy beds, all within steps to multiple restaurants and stores. The pool was clean and not crowded at all. With three generations, we have a lot of different needs and this house met every one of them. We love the location - beachfront on a less crowded beach, walkable to great restaurants and Northside Park. The house itself was super clean and has everything you could possibly need. The elevator was so helpful for grandparents who can't do stairs, very tired children, and just moving in and out. We've never stayed at a beach house with a pool and now we're hooked. It was perfect when you don't quite want to get out to the beach and get sandy, but still want to cool off or splash around. In the last 6 years, this is by far the best place we've stayed at and we're hoping the owners let us come back again! Thank you for having such a perfect place! ##### Martina B. The location is excellent, within walking distance to restaurants and Northside park. This particular unit is in need of updating. The bathrooms and kitchen, while clean and functional, are very dated. Best to run the dishwasher while you are out because it is really loud. ##### Beth M.
