No matter how you choose to spend your days, you'll love coming home to an oceanfront balcony, central air conditioning, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), and a private washer/dryer, among other amenities. Sandy Square is an oceanfront property perched on the dunes in North Ocean City. It's wonderfully located only two blocks from Coastal Highway, which is lined with restaurants, casual eateries, shops, nightlife, grocery stores, and sources of entertainment for all ages. Northside Park is three-quarters of a mile north as well, offering lighted sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and a host of annual events across its 58 acres. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. I would recommend this property. It is comfortable and nicely decorated. The ocean view from the very large balcony is just perfect especially to see the sunrise. The elevator was convenient and parking closeby. This is one of the primary reasons we choose Sandy Square. Since the TV works differently in the master bedroom than the living room, it might be helpful to have an instruction card with the remotes in the bedroom. We didn't notice the directions for the bedroom TV on the bulletin board over the sink right away. Our issue was the excessive pet hair coating every carpet (living room and 3 bedrooms). Some was even on the living room end table. We contacted Vacasa and they quickly sent out a cleaning crew (not the one assigned to this unit), We stayed in this unit two years ago and pet hair wasn't an issue. Overall, we enjoy staying at Sandy Square. ##### Diana K.
