Step inside to find two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open, centrally air-conditioned living space. There's a full kitchen, a living room that opens to the oceanfront balcony, and a private washer/dryer for your convenience. On the grounds of Waikiki, you'll even have access to an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor lap pool. This mid-rise, oceanfront building is wonderfully located on the quieter, north side of Ocean City. You'll be one block from Coastal Highway and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions, including Lost Treasure Golf and the Sun & Surf Cinema. The Delaware state line is less than four blocks north, where you'll find the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, plentiful opportunities for tax-free shopping, and a number of restaurants, mini-golf courses, and other activities for all ages. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.There will be fine of $500 assessed and possible immediate eviction if this is violated. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Loved the swimming pool access. Lots of supplies which i appreciated. Not so good: couldn't use sofa bed due to disgusting dirty mattress. Couldn't use the couch it was just way to dirty to sit on. Apartment was full of flies and there was blood and blue handprint on the wall ( which I cleaned off with a clorox wipe) I think I left this apartment cleaner, at least there was no blood on the wall!! Oh and I do have pictures of all this. Be honest I texted vacasa and they offered to come out, but I believe they should of cleaned it prior to my arrival not after I am there. I paid for the cleaning the fee was included into my charges and i believe they owe me that fee back! Overall we enjoyed ourselfes because of the view and location! ##### Maria K. One suggestion is to add a sitting chair to the primary bedroom near the two bookshelves. So that if someone is sleeping on the couch, you can sit in the primary room. Other than that, I loved it. Well equipped condo, corner units gives you a better view of the beach. Couch has seen better days. Awesome Internet but unfortunately no smart TV's to take advantage of it (had rain for a few days). Sitting on the beach or our balcony and watching the ocean we’re our favorite thing to do. Walked the beach each day. Apartment was well equipped and easy to move into. Beds a little hard but usable. Condo was perfect for our family of 4, kids loved seeing the beach at breakfast each morning.
