With breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay, this spacious, two-level, oceanfront condo will have you living the beach life in no time. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the oceanfront and bayfront balconies with panoramic views from the 14th floor. Wake up and brew coffee in the upgraded, well-equipped kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, a full-size oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, and lots of kitchen gadgets to make cooking (and clean-up!) a breeze. The living room includes comfortable seating for the family, a Smart TV with cable, a DVD player, and the perfect set-up for games and puzzles. An outdoor shower is located at the bottom of the building (oceanside) to rinse off all the sand from a day of fun in the sun. A washer and dryer in the condo let you have fun, rinse, and repeat! Take the elevator downstairs and you're at the ocean and the beach. You also have access to great facilities, such as a shared indoor pool, an oceanfront sun deck, and a fully renovated gym with a sauna. A variety of restaurants and attractions are conveniently located within walking distance, including Jungle Bar next door, Liquid Assets, Trattoria Lombardi's, the Ocean City Public Library, and more. A short drive or bus ride takes you to the world-famous Ocean City Boardwalk with its famous attractions, amusement parks, and food choices. For a change in scenery, beautiful Northside Park (at 126th Street) is a few minutes' drive away and hosts lots of fun events throughout the year as well as a fishing/crabbing pier, a huge playground, and peaceful walking paths. Things to Know A non-refundable $50 building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in. The fee covers guests' use of all amenities plus parking for 1 vehicle. A second pass is $10 a night or $70 a week. Towing is enforced with vehicles without a pass. Charges occur and parking permits are used from May 1 through October 31\. Off season, parking is not charged nor are parking permits handed out. The indoor pool at the Century1 building does not open until Memorial Day weekend and closes the first of October. The Century 1 bulding includes climbing steps to reach your vacation rental. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 14. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. The apartment and building itself could use updating. The reason I’m giving 3 stars(lis because of the experience I had with Vacasa vacation rentals. I was supposed to check in on a Tuesday. The Saturday before I received a call from Vicasa telling me that the refrigerator in the condo broke and they are going to replace it with a mini fridge before I arrive. They told me they would be compensating me 90\. (30) a day for my trouble. I asked if instead of the 90 I could have an early check in or late checkout and I did not think 90 was a fair amount to not have a refrigerator they told me they would speak to the owner and see what they could do. She said she would call me back later that day. I never received a call back on that Monday, the day before I was supposed to leave Vicasa called me again and told me the owner would let me back out of the contract with no penalty fees because of the loss of the refrigerator. I asked why she never called me back the day before and told her I was leaving in less than 24 hours and I did not want a refund to upset my children. I also thought it was comical that they would have charged me a penalty if I wanted to back out. They then offered me an early check in at 1:00\. I arrived at 1:30 and was told I can’t check in until 4\. After I arrived I was offered a late check out… for a fee. Very unprofessional and horrible experience with Vacasa. ##### Lauryn A. It’s 2 stories which was nice because it gave some separation from the 2 bedrooms. The views are so nice from the ocean front balcony (or the bay balcony off the 2nd bedroom). The condo was clean and well stocked. The comfiest beds I have ever slept in for a rental property! The property management company did a great job communicating before and during the stay. The building is very nice and secure - after a certain time (I think 11pm) the front doors lock and a security guard has to let you in. Really easy walk to the beach and the beach area wasn’t super crowded. Would definitely recommend this condo! ##### Stephanie L. The rental was good for our needs. The condo does need a bit of updating but it was fine for us. The owners need to pay their Direct TV bill - the payment message kept popping up on the TVs. Beds were comfortable enough. Some new pillows would help. Location was good for the beach. Unfortunately the surf was too rough for swimming. This unit was by far the cleanest. It was open, airy, clean and smelled fresh (we've stayed in one that always smelled damp). The unit was a great location, on the 14th floor. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed - we do cook our meals and we had everything we needed. The balcony had comfortable furniture. Our only complaint was the building itself. We take a wagon to the beach and there is no way to get from the building to the beach without going up or down stairs. So that was a pain, and the only reason we would consider not staying at this unit again. Overall, a wonderful week at the beach in a beautiful and clean condo. ##### Keri H. We loved the close proximity to everything. Most restaurants and stores were open. The condo is in a high rise right on the Coastal Highway. It was quiet and pretty empty. The condo has both ocean and bay views. Some internal improvements would be a better stocked kitchen and updates. I would also not recommend trying to have packages delivered through USPS. The postman insisted on cramming small packages in the mailbox and there was no key. Even though he was aware of the situation he insisted on putting the packages in the mailbox. It made no sense, especially since packages that were too big for the mailbox he would bring to the on-site management office. Overall a beautiful property in a great location! ##### Suzanne D. We will definitely use Vacasa again on our next visit to Ocean City. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the beach is just steps away. The beds were very comfortable, which made getting up in the morning a struggle :) The kitchen was equipped well enough for our needs. Overall, it was a very pleasant place to spend a long weekend, especially when the weather dictated that we were more in than out. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay at the beach. ##### Julie A.
