This unit was perfect for our week in Ocean City. It is a quiet building but very close to the "action". Everything was an easy walk away - hardly needed the car once there. Definitely a convenient location for walking but yet not too crowded! We would stay again but there needs to be a broom, swifter, or vacuum available! Our daughter constantly had sand on her hands and feet. I had to purchase something to clean the floor myself and after spending the money we did I shouldn’t of needed to do this. Also the towel rack in the main bathroom was broken for our stay. Lastly absolutely NO communication from the owner after multiple attempts.
