Your day at the beach is only a few steps away! Unit 304 welcomes you with all the comforts of home plus a great ocean view! Spread out in the wide-open living area or gather for home cooked meals prepared in the well stocked kitchen. After a long day on the beach, you will appreciate a cold beverage and the sound of the waves from the private balcony. This unit comfortably accommodates 6 with two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Pack light and take advantage of the convenient washer and dryer. The Capri provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room, indoor pool, game room, sauna, tennis courts, and library! An easy stroll to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants and, of course, steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured and each condo is provided a single parking space with your parking registration fee, paid with reservation. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. Your reservation includes a $75 building amenity fee per week, this includes one parking space. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis through the Capri building directly at $10 per day or $55 per week. Room was dusty, garbage under beds and between walls. Dishes dirty and dusty, had to wash things prior to using. Beds were not great, they sunk in the middle pretty badly. Was unable to get a 2nd parking spot even though there was a good 30+ empty spots the entire week, had to park our 2nd car almost 2 blocks away. Dryer lint collector was completely full when we got there, not emptied put in a while. Mirror on bedroom closet door was broke when we arrived. Bedroom windows were so dirty you couldn't even see out of them. Pool was good, location to beach good. ##### Shannon S.
