Unfortunately, due to HOA regulations, pets are strictly prohibited. The community pool is open seasonally, typically from Memorial Day weekend to mid September, but this is subject to change by the HOA. This property is rented to individuals over the age of 25\. Furnishings and appliances seemed fairly new. Unfortunately when we arrived, the unit was not cleaned. It would be another 2-1/2 hours before we could occupy it. The owner admitted a snafu with the cleaning crew. There were also a few other problems which prevented a higher rating.
