The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request. Each morning, you can enjoy your coffee watching the sun as it comes up over the horizon and glistens off the water. Each night, you'll relax to the amazing colors that reflect off the bay waters as the sun sets for the evening. It really doesn't get much better than this! Located on 110th street at the Capri, this building has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. This fabulous 2 bedrooms, 2 bath unit can sleep 6\. The master bedroom has a king size bed, full bath and a TV. The 2nd bedroom has one twin and a pyramid bunk with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. There is access to another full bath directly across the hall. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll have a fully stocked kitchen for those nights that you want to stay in and eat and wireless internet to keep you connected! No waiting in line for a key. \* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk. \* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. \* Sorry no pets allowed. \* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Indoor pool. Beach chairs and toys you can take down and bring back. The game room and saunas were a plus. But the cleaning of the unit was subpar. It was all surface cleaned but nothing was actually clean. The comforters you could tell haven’t been washed in a while. The bathrooms didn’t smell clean and the more you used them the more you noticed how dirty they really were. There was dust everywhere, tvs, lamps etc. I found old food under the bed. I had to report several concerns upon arrival of floors being scratched, stains on surfaces, and a broken glass vase just sitting in the dinning area. The vent in one of the bathrooms in the shower fell on my daughter. I always try to make reports upon arrival to avoid being charged for issues that were already present and to make staff and owner aware of these issues. Another huge concern was the shower water got very cold very quickly. For the price the staff was NOT very friendly or helpful. Upon check in we were NOT greeted. We had tons of bags in our hands, no one offered help or told us about blue bins we could put all our stuff in to wheel up to our room. We were told to hold on and we signed in and paid our parking fee and that was about all the interaction we got from the front desk help. Other than being stared at. Other than the unit needing a deep clean and some minor repairs we did appreciate our stay and enjoyed our visit. ##### Christine c. The location is premiere, near coffee shops and Acme grocery store. Great indoor pool and amenities. Beach access is great. The condo itself was beautiful, however the mattresses could use replacing. Flat and lumpy and pretty uncomfortable. Also the hot water was an issue for the whole stay. It seemed like it would run out pretty quickly. The Wi-Fi also stopped working on the third night. The view from condo is amazing, check in easy, right on beach and kids loved the amenities. Location is close enough to the action of Ocean City but far enough from boardwalk to allow a more quiet experience. ##### Laura C. First time at the Capri and this unit exceeded my expectations. Beautiful layout, nicely decorated with all the essentials included. Place was clean, showers were nice, beds were comfortable and the view was breathtaking . Steps away from a very clean beach and the pool was very nice and well maintained. Bedrooms are roomy with lots of space for storage. Two nice bathrooms, including a tub. Property mngt was very responsive. Great location, easy access to beach. Would not recommend building. Safety and cleanliness issues top the list. Building On the 2nd day, we got stuck between floors in the elevator. We notified the security desk who told us that it was just how it worked. We heard other guests mentioning the “bad elevator” during our stay. “Dirty” smells in the halls, garbage sat in the halls of our floor for our full stay. Pool is an overheated greenhouse. Could not sit watch kids swim in the pool, its just too hot. The pool was a prime reason we chose this listing, and it was unusable in the summer heat. Unit At arrival, we had to sort large bags of linens to make all of the beds ourselves, including a top bunk of a bunk bed. It was frustrating to sort the “color coding”. The listing notes a linen package, it does not note that it is a “DIY” setup/packup. While sheets are provided, each bed has a comforter with no duvet which does not go with the linens for cleaning. I would recommend bringing your own blankets. Re: the bunk bed room - MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO BLOCK THE WINDOW FROM OPENING. There is a safety lock and stop on half of the window, but not on the other. If there is a lock, it is not functioning. This is the window right next to a bed, a curious kid could be in a very dangerous situa ##### Jen L.
