This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-full bath condo is ideally located on the ocean block, providing you with easy access to the stunning beach, just steps away. With a generous 2,570 square feet of living space, Island Breeze 406 offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for your extended family. The unit is tastefully decorated with all the amenities you need for a memorable stay. The fully equipped kitchen allows for mid-day beach breaks, or prepping your favorite comfort foods while enjoying the company of your family in the adjacent open living space with dining and breakfast nook areas. This roomy condo features four bedrooms, each with its own TV, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to unwind and relax. Three full bathrooms add to the convenience, making it easy for everyone to get ready for a day of beach fun or a night out on the town. The main bedroom offers a king bed, and ensuite full bath with jetted tub; you’ll find a king bed in the second bedroom as well; bedroom three a comfortable queen bed; and the fourth bedroom, great for the little ones, has a pyramid bunk which is a single over double bed. For extra flexibility, there is also a sleep sofa in the living room. Additionally, the building boasts an outdoor pool, perfect for refreshing dips or lazy afternoons in the sun. Additional amenities include WiFi, outside shower, and streaming TVs. The building has an elevator for easy access to your rental. This vacation rental comfortably sleeps 10, making it an ideal choice for family vacations, or celebrations with friends. Keep in mind property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Please note that availability is limited to 5 weeks, so be sure to secure your reservation early to ensure you don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity.
