Near bridge, restaurants, activities, and many things within walking distance. Nice building with parking for two cars. This place has the potential to be a star. But...we found dishes and pans put away with food on them. Property manager obviously didn’t inspect. Carpets are filthy, “normal wear and tear” we were told. Steam cleaning could probably improve. Garbage disposal doesn’t work, maintenance guy showed up without even a tool to check condition of switch. Pictures on line are old. Furniture has throw covers and things have aged. We did have what we needed for seven people to have meals and family time. Appliances worked and there were enough utensils and gadgets. ##### Bill P. Looks over a marshy area that opens up into the bay. Lots of birds and amazing sunsets! Very short walk to the beach .Walking distance to some local restaurants, pickleball/ tennis courts, watersports rentals &ice cream shops .Less traffic than at the southern end of the strip. Nice to have 2 reserved parking spots. Adequate room for the 5 of us to hang out in the den area. Cons-The place itself is nice but could use a few changes/updates. As soon as you walk in you see the couch and chair with their slip covers. Not a problem but they’re not the right size so you’re still seeing half of the original covering and just gives a negative first impression of the place. The carpet in the main bedroom is majorly stained. A good steam cleaning would go a long way. Another issue was the deck. Originally white, the railings and much of the flooring were green from algae(?). Didn’t want to look at that the whole time so spent about an hour with just water and paper towels and was able to get most of it off the railings so it’s doable. The floor would take a little more work but would be worth it. The other things that needed fixing will hopefully be done after we leave or end of season. It just really needs some paint and love- things that could mostly be done in a weekend to improve it. This place has a lot of potential with such a beautiful view- with a few improvements, will be amazing. ##### Jennifer T.
