### Lovely 2 Bedroom condo closer to Downtown and view of the Bay

A perfect location for a perfect vacation. This property's unique location is located across the street from the new 4th. Street park and just a few steps to  
the bay where there is a bayfront boardwalk where there are many fishing activities and a fish cleaning station also available for your daily catches. Wright View.  
Ideally located just three blocks from the beach and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, this two-bedroom home is Ocean City living at its most convenient.  
Being so close to the bay enjoy your large sunny balcony with a great view of the bay and the adjacent park. Parking is not a problem with one-off street parking.  
Once you enter from your balcony/porch you enter into a large living-dining area with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and free high-speed WIFI. This well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and a nearby dining table for six people.

This property does not allow smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
